Will the shop be open for browsing while Camberley is in Lockdown?

Unfortunately not. Following government guidelines, the shop will be closed until further notice. Both mail order and click and collect will still be available. See below.

Will you still be operating the website / mail order?

We will be running mail order as normal as we possibly can. We are operating with reduced staff so please be patient with us as there may be delays.

How Can We Contact You?

Due to a significant increase in orders (and the small matter of HMRC deciding to audit us), we are struggling to respond to your e-mails in a timely fashion. We are prioritising the processing of orders & but have caught up and worked through the backlog over the weekend of the 20 / 21 February. We apologise for the delay.

If you are still awaiting a response via email, please resend us your message via social media (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, Twitter Direct Message or via Google messaging). However, please do NOT share any payment information as these are not secure.

Will you still be doing click and collect?

Yes. You can place orders for click and collect. Select the “Collect In Store” option when you check out. Please note that orders will be available to collect from the The Square customer service desk and not the shop.

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an “Order Shipped” email. You need to bring either a digital or printed copy of this email with you when you come to collect your order from the desk. You will be asked to sign a copy of the packing slip to confirm receipt.

Please DO NOT come & collect any item until you have received the e-mail.

The desk is located between Trespass and H Samuel Jewellers. However, if it is not manned when you arrive, please ring the intercom to the left of the desk on the wall and advise that you are collecting an order from us.

I have records on order to pick up instore but want them posting out instead. How do I do this?

Please contact us by email at store@rockbox.co.uk. If you can include the order number that will help. We will let you know the cost and would ask that you pay by BACS transfer if possible.

Can I change my delivery address from my work address to home?

Of course! Just drop us an email with your home address and order number to store@rockbox.co.uk.

I still want to collect my order but won’t be able to come in for a while. Will you hold my order for me?

Yes we can.

Can I buy gift vouchers from you online?

Yes, we sell both out own gift vouchers online (these can – at the moment – only be used in store) or Record Tokens (both in store & online).

Supplier Updates

Some of our suppliers are beginning to be hit with delays caused by a mix of lockdown & delays in the supply chain (vinyl production delays as well as movement of goods into the UK). Restocking of items on backorder are taking longer than usual. If the item is urgent, please contact us via social media.
