We have relocated to our new store in Camberley’s shopping centre which we opened on Saturday 7th December. (see https://rockbox.co.uk/we-are-moving for the details).
We were not able to process any orders made on or after Saturday 30th November due to a lack of phone & internet connectivity (including email) with the added complication of our stock being in hundreds of different boxes! However, we were able to pick and pack most of those orders on Saturday 7th & they will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday (9th December). We expect normal service to resume from Wednesday when our provider promises us we will be online again.
We expect the phone line to be active from Wednesday 11th December. Calls are currently diverting to a voicemail (“Rock Box Mail-order”) but we will only be able to pick up those messages from Wednesday.
